DOMO EXPO is a digital platform owned and operated by Digital Expo Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
By accessing, registering, or using the DOMO EXPO platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
DOMO EXPO is a B2B digital platform facilitating interaction between construction industry professionals, including but not limited to:
Buyers
Architects
Contractors
Suppliers
Developers / Investors
Quantity Surveyors
The platform enables RFQs, file uploads, communication, and collaboration.
Digital Expo Ltd is not a party to any commercial agreement between users.
Users must provide accurate and complete information.
Each account must represent a real individual or legal entity.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
Digital Expo Ltd reserves the right to verify, suspend, or terminate accounts.
Each user acts independently according to their professional role.
Users acknowledge that:
Offers are not guaranteed
Responses are not mandatory
Outcomes depend solely on user interaction
Users must not:
upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
misuse RFQ mechanisms
attempt to bypass platform security
scrape or copy platform data
impersonate other users
Users may upload project-related files (e.g. drawings, BoQs, specifications).
By uploading content, users:
confirm they have legal rights to the files
grant DOMO EXPO a limited license to host and display the content
accept full responsibility for uploaded material
Digital Expo Ltd is not liable for content accuracy, misuse, or loss.
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Fees are billed in advance
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Pricing may change with prior notice
Failure to pay may result in restricted access or account suspension.
DOMO EXPO does not guarantee:
number of offers
response times
project success
business outcomes
The platform is provided “as is”.
Digital Expo Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts for:
breach of these Terms
misuse of the platform
legal or regulatory reasons
Termination does not entitle the user to refunds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Expo Ltd shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of profits or data
disputes between users
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Expo Ltd from claims arising from:
uploaded content
contractual disputes
misuse of the platform
The platform may experience downtime for maintenance or technical reasons.
Digital Expo Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Digital Expo Ltd shall not be liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
All platform elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Expo Ltd.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Cyprus courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Η πλατφόρμα DOMO EXPO ανήκει και λειτουργεί από την Digital Expo Ltd, εγγεγραμμένη στην Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία.
Με την πρόσβαση ή χρήση της πλατφόρμας αποδέχεστε πλήρως τους παρόντες Όρους & Προϋποθέσεις.
Αν δεν συμφωνείτε, δεν επιτρέπεται η χρήση της πλατφόρμας.
Η DOMO EXPO είναι B2B ψηφιακή πλατφόρμα διασύνδεσης επαγγελματιών του κατασκευαστικού κλάδου:
Αγοραστών, Αρχιτεκτόνων, Εργολάβων, Προμηθευτών, Developers / Investors και Quantity Surveyors.
Η Digital Expo Ltd δεν συμμετέχει σε εμπορικές συμφωνίες μεταξύ χρηστών.
Υποχρέωση παροχής ακριβών στοιχείων
Κάθε λογαριασμός αντιστοιχεί σε πραγματικό πρόσωπο ή εταιρεία
Ο χρήστης είναι υπεύθυνος για την ασφάλεια των κωδικών του
Η συμμετοχή στην πλατφόρμα δεν εγγυάται:
προσφορές
απαντήσεις
επιτυχία έργων
Απαγορεύεται:
ανάρτηση παράνομου ή παραπλανητικού περιεχομένου
κατάχρηση RFQs
παραβίαση ασφάλειας
αντιγραφή δεδομένων
πλαστοπροσωπία
Οι χρήστες μπορούν να ανεβάζουν αρχεία έργων.
Ο χρήστης:
δηλώνει ότι έχει δικαίωμα χρήσης των αρχείων
παραχωρεί περιορισμένη άδεια φιλοξενίας
φέρει πλήρη ευθύνη για το περιεχόμενο
Ορισμένες λειτουργίες είναι επί πληρωμή.

Δυνατότητα τροποποίησης τιμών
Η πλατφόρμα παρέχεται «ως έχει» χωρίς εγγυήσεις αποτελέσματος.
Η Digital Expo Ltd δύναται να αναστείλει ή διαγράψει λογαριασμούς σε περίπτωση παραβίασης όρων.
Η εταιρεία δεν ευθύνεται για:
έμμεσες ζημίες
απώλεια δεδομένων
διαφωνίες μεταξύ χρηστών
Ο χρήστης αποδέχεται να αποζημιώσει την εταιρεία για αξιώσεις που προκύπτουν από τη χρήση της πλατφόρμας.
Δεν εγγυάται αδιάλειπτη λειτουργία.
Η εταιρεία δεν ευθύνεται για γεγονότα εκτός ελέγχου.
Όλο το περιεχόμενο αποτελεί ιδιοκτησία της Digital Expo Ltd.
Εφαρμόζεται το Δίκαιο της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
